Cignal Corp's resume includes a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. Since 1982 Cignal has developed and built communities, neighborhoods, and employment centers in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

In the residential market, Cignal Corp has planned, developed, and built a variety of housing types from country setting to urban waterfront.

In the commercial market, Cignal Corp is a full service company developing, constructing, leasing, and managing suburban office complexes including construction of Baltimore County's second LEED Gold certified building.
